While being involved in the organization in a different capacity, I witnessed issues with their website, consulted on the impact on capacity, then pivoted to lead a new build.
Their existing site struggled with slow load times, frequent technical issues, and an outdated backend that made updates difficult and unsustainable. Beyond performance, the site needed accessibility improvements, as well as a more consistent visual language. The goal was to build a website that not only performed reliably but also conveyed the essence of their work.
Beyond redesigning the website, I also provided consulting to ensure the final solution aligned with the needs and capacity of their team.
